Jennifer is passionate about helping individuals, families and couples overcome life’s difficulties. It is her belief that difficult times may be the best time for progress and growth.
Lisa helps her clients to discover what they have within themselves and how they can find their own “normal.” Sometimes it just takes an objective ear, raw honesty, and different perspective to discover the power within us.
Matt helps people learn how to stay in the present, break free from unhelpful thought patterns and false core beliefs that keep them imprisoned to unwanted and destructive behavior patterns, and find healing from emotional wounds in their past.

FIND A THERAPIST
Not all therapists are the same, but selecting a therapist does not have to be difficult. If you need help figuring out which therapist would be a good fit for you, contact our receptionist or schedule a consultation.
Keep in mind the first 2-3 sessions are a "get to know you" time. Some people may only need about 10 sessions and others may choose to maintain therapy for longer periods of time. No matter what your needs are, we are just thankful you trusted us because you matter.
THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Make sure you filled out your Intake form before your appointment.
For Face to Face appointments, please call our office to let us know you have arrived. We will take your temperature and have you sign a COVID release form. Don't forget your mask when entering the building
Telehealth appointments allow you to have access to your therapists from the comfort of your chosen safe space. Make sure you filled out the Telehealth consent form before your appointment and received a link to your virtual therapy session.
