ADD

ADHD

Whether you have a formal ADD or ADHD diagnosis or not, our therapists can help you increase your knowledge of symptoms and treatments. With ADD/ADHD you may experience: difficulty concentrating or paying attention to the task at hand, restlessness, difficulty being sedentary for more than a short time, impulsivity, rapid mood swings and mood lability within short spans of time, disorganization, difficulty finishing tasks, or chronic low self-esteem. Our therapist can assist you in improving organizational and planning skills, managing distractibility, and overcoming procrastinations. Here at the Wellness Center we aim to help you achieve a satisfactory level of balance and structure within your personal life.
