We accept all BCBS policies and provide a complimentary eligibility check before your first session. Every client is encouraged to contact their insurance company to verify their deductible, copay/coinsurance, and coverage. If your policy does not cover outpatient mental health services, payment will be due within 7 days upon receipt of insurance remit.
We can provide clients with a Super Bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. All appointments must be paid in full at the time of service in order to receive a Super Bill.
Our clinic cannot guarantee any reimbursements.
Our clinic accepts cash, check, HSA and all major credit cards.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours' notice, miss their appointment, or arrive more than 14 minutes late for a 60-minute appointment/more than 7 minutes late for a 30-minute appointment will result in a full charge of the session to the credit card on file with no exceptions.
In order to reserve an appointment, all patients must have a valid credit card on file for our cancellation policy and for our office to process payments for services rendered.
