TREY HILL, MA, NCC, LPC

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Our work together is very important to me. At times, it may focus on helping you struggle less with the thoughts, emotions, sensations, and memories you do not want so as to help you better move toward what is important to you in life. Sometimes our own personal histories can make things more difficult for us. In this work together, we will always be focusing on your hopes, goals, or possible outcomes important to you in life. Through our work, I hope that you will gradually learn a new way to relate with the things you have long struggled against.

My hope is to work as a team to meet your goals. In order to better serve you, I have focused my attention on acceptance and commitment, cognitive-behavioral, and existential approaches. This combination of theories provides a blend of theory and technique to address a variety of presenting concerns surrounding finding meaning, connecting with the present moment, and adjusting maladaptive thoughts and behaviors.
